4 guided meditations: 3, 5, 15, and 30 minutes

Here you can choose among meditations by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Joseph Goldstein, Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzberg and Pema Chodron, among others.

The meditations are divided into the categories of Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness in the Body, Compassion, Nature Meditation, Emotions, Self Healing och Pain Relief, enabling you to easily find just the type of meditation you need right now.
